Pre-Order Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that will be available soon but is not yet in stock. Payment may be charged at the time the order is placed.

You may cancel a paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been prepared.

If the order has already been prepared but has not yet been shipped, you may still cancel it and a full refund will be issued, minus the shipping costs.
