Refund policy
1. General
The garments sold by Veintisiete are vintage, pre-owned, and unique pieces, carefully selected and described with as much detail as possible (condition, measurements, signs of wear, composition, etc.).
Each item is one of a kind and may show signs of age consistent with its nature.
These characteristics are not considered defects and form part of the garment’s value and authenticity.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the uniqueness of our products and the impossibility of replacing them with identical pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to size, style, perceived condition, or personal preference.
This includes, but is not limited to:

The item does not fit as expected

The color or texture differs slightly from how it appeared on screen

The garment shows signs of wear already described in the product listing

The customer changes their mind after purchase
This policy is aligned with applicable regulations, as the Right of Withdrawal may not apply to used, unique items or products whose alteration would prevent resale under equivalent conditions.
3. Exceptions: Major Issues or Errors Attributable to Veintisiete
Returns or refunds will be accepted in the following cases:
✔ Product severely damaged during shipping
If the garment arrives with damage that was not previously described and affects its normal use.
✔ Clear omission of essential information
If the garment has a serious defect not visible in the photos nor mentioned in the description that prevents normal use (for example: broken zippers, structural tears, severe stains not indicated, etc.).
In these cases, Veintisiete commits to:

Reviewing the reported issue

Authorizing the return when appropriate

Refunding the full amount of the order (including shipping costs when applicable)
Important: The customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order, including photos and a clear description of the problem.
4. Process to Request a Return Due to an Issue
If the garment arrives with a serious defect or there is an issue during shipping, please follow these steps:

Email veintisiete@veintisietearchive.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number in the subject line of the email.

Attach clear photographs of the damage or issue.
Our team will review the request and confirm whether a refund is applicable.
If the return is authorized, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.
Note: The garment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
5. Refunds
Once the returned garment has been received and inspected, and if the issue is validated, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
