Balearic Islands
- Delivery time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping cost: €7.95
- Free shipping: orders ≥ €79
Canary Islands
- Delivery time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping cost: €7.95
- Free shipping: orders ≥ €79
Note:
The customer will be responsible for any additional charges such as IGIC, DUA, or other applicable customs fees.
Ceuta & Melilla
- Delivery time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping cost: €7.95
- Free shipping: orders ≥ €79

European Union & United Kingdom (UK)
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping cost: Variable depending on destination

2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may be affected by:
- National or local holidays
- Weather conditions
- High-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
- Circumstances beyond Veintisiete’s control
We do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe.
4. Carriers
We work with trusted national logistics operators such as:
- SEUR
- Correos Express
- DHL
The courier used may vary depending on the destination, package type, or availability.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
6. Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to the sender due to:
- prolonged absence
- failure to collect the package from the pickup point
The customer may request a new shipment by paying the shipping costs again.
No refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders, as these are unique items.
7. Shipping Incidents
If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, you must contact us within 24–48 hours after delivery.
